This is a small IT company with positive cash flow on revenues of between $100k and $200k per year. This company has been around since 2009 and our longest serving client is 7 years and ongoing. The company has existing contracts and around $80k receivables upon completion of existing projects. We have about 6 concurrent projects at the moment.
This is a good opportunity if you are looking to establish a quick presence in Singapore, build up a portfolio immediately, taking over a profitable cash flow positive technology company. We all know around 80% of companies can’t make it through the first year so that explains how difficult it is to build up a profitable cash flow positive company.
I’m willing to listen to any reasonable offers. I’m looking at around 5 times revenue, so between $500k and $1 million.
