ROI
The return of investment for the investors will not come from the business, it will be from the sale proceed of my house in Singapore. This will be done after 27 July 2027.

Apart from this, I will include an additional 10%, which sum up to $35k and split among the investors equally.

-------------------------------
Even online report, the number indicated possible 85k per day in sale.

I prefer to be realistic in certain area.

So I take a lower average figure from the number, let's say 60k. And this figure is what i am looking at for each outlet per day.

Avg sales p/day 60k thb = sgd 2.4k
2.4k x 30 days = $72k sgd

Avg overall operation cost 60%
72k - 60% = $28,800

Franchiser 47%
28,800 - 47% = $15,264

Partnerships 50%
15,264 - 50% = $7,632

To avg up the number of outlets for the period of 30 months = 90 stores

$7,632 x 90 = $686,880

Please note that, this number does not include the sale from the online store.

So the potential profit margin is between 87% to 196%
