11 years to built up with established retail, good distribution network and high quality products. Why are selling our baby? It's not easy. We made some wrong turns, we reduced the number of outlets from 7 to 2. Took almost 5 years to clean up the mistake. Now it's ready again. The brand needs new blood, new owners that take it to the next level. We'll be around to advise you: the do's and don't. We've probably done about every mistake that a novice will make at the same token we also have a lot of success that brought us into our 11th year of business. This brand was founded by the original founders of bakerzine. It started in 2005. My wife and I are the only shareholders for this brand. We have accumulated accolades and some of the best chefs in Singapore. 

Who are we looking for to succeed us? Down to earth and ready to roll up the sleeve. Good business is born out of hardwork and a clear service mindset. The business is profitable and we would like our successor to keep the formula and add things that we've not done before. The cleaning up of the brand has taken out a lot of us and frankly we're just burned out. But we've brought the brand to good place. Every SOP and recipe are documented like a franchise book. We are very visible online and easily searchable. We have over 130,000 customers that we've served. We have a database of 390000 leads from people who have called in to enquire about our products. We are the first in many areas as well as the only fruit enzyme brewers in Singapore.

Fully fitted cold kictchen with 4 industrial ovens (1 three deck oven). Hot side is a fully fitted commercial kitchen with gas burners. We have 10 freezers that can hold up to 4 months production.
Facilities
Maintaining the top 5 position is not easy. Patisserie business is an intensely competitive. We charge premium for our cakes. We are on the 80th percentile of price range.
Competition
Gobi had Indonesian investors before that wanted to bring the brand to Indonesia. This was one of the sources of wrong turns that messed up Gobi. Gobi in it's early days expanded very quickly: Katong Shopping Centre, Central Outlet, Suntec Outlet, Ion Orchard, Joo Chiat Central Kitchen, Bedok Point.
