Established and loved by loyal regulars, the fish soup stall is a well-known coffee shop stall offering hearty broth with fresh fish & secret recipe fried fish, making it a respected staple in the Singaporean fish soup scene.
From Zion Road to Braddell to now located in a humble coffee shop with steady footfall, the stall has been serving community since 2022, building a strong reputation. Owners initial plan to move to a smaller and quieter place back in 2022 was to slow down and semi-retire but even so, regulars from all over Singapore would travel down just to have that bowl of goodness.
All these 23 years in operation, the owners have never tried outsourcing their work as they believe in upholding the quality they have been serving. From the slicing of fish, preparation of secret recipe, to preparing the broth, it is all done by the two humble owners. This business is a truly baby to them and they are willing to work out something with new buyer to keep that standard up high so that their loyal customers and many generations to come will still have a place where they still enjoy this fish soup.
