Description
We are Boutique M&A looking for interest in the full purchase of, or partnership with, a Rice Manufacturer and Trading Company in Long An Province, Vietnam. (2 Hours drive to HCMC)
The Vendor is open to different structures of involvement.
Option 1 - Outright Purchase of the Assets. This includes the Land Use Rights (LUR), Factory & Storage and Equipments.
This would secure the production facilities. The owner would also be prepared to discuss to 3-5 year exit strategy option for you to resell it back to him.
Option 2 - Working capital injection via a loan secured against the land. You would work in cooperation with the current owner and would get access to all of the production of the factory. You would get a secure a cost effective supply of rice for your activities.
