We are a 5-year old ecommerce company

We sell a whole range of products across various categories:

sports and fitness

home and living

fashion (bags, clothes)

transportation tools (bicycles, electric scooters)

Most of our products come from china, we have a sizable list of contacts of overseas suppliers and shipping agents 

Sales come from many sources including our own websites (6 different ecommerce websites with top rankings in Google) and online selling platforms such as qoo10, lazada, carousell (6 different accounts), shopee, where we have postive reviews

We have a constant stream of walk-in customers also

revenue is between 40k-80k per month (holiday seasons sales tend to be a lot higher). we, on average, handle 30-60 deliveries per day

We have also our own team of freelance drivers to handle the deliveries to our customers

I have built the system for over 5 years now, from the technical aspect (setting up and maintaining the website) to sourcing and customer service, even though it is not perfect, it can run and generate profit without much supervision

The system that this business is built upon is very scalable, if you understand the ecommerce market, have a related business, this business will be a strong foundable to expand on. We are constantly adding new products to leverage our presence on the major platforms.

I'm looking for someone who understands the ecommerce market and knows how to run a business to takeover

UPDATE: I'm open to both partnership/sale of the business. For partneship, I'm looking for someone who has the experience/knowledge in the relevant field for partnership also

ideally, he/she should have some technical knowledge on website maintenance or he/she can find someone who's well versed in that area. 

As long as he/she possess these 2 quality, it is almost a turnkey system, handover would be smooth

What i plan to handover:

1) Warehouse (2k rental per month), renovated and air-conditioned

2) Employees (1 admin, 1 admin cum technician, 1 mechanic, 5-6 delivery drivers)

3) Websites (fully developed)

4) online accounts

5) inventory (80-100k)

6) equipment (computer, printer, furniture, etc.)

7) 1 company van (1 year COE left)

Reason for selling is that I have other personal commitments and I plan to start another business that is unrelated to ecommerce
